7 Years

I am very proud to say that my daily routine of meditating twice a day has been uninterrupted since March 09th, 2012.  I have also been exercising twice daily for 15 minutes since the above date. These are freehand exercises. Feels great to say that I didn't miss the meditation or the exercise even once. God's grace!

Death by a 1000 cuts

We do this to ourselves by having negative self-talk, by doubting our capabilities, by willfully reducing our self-worth, by failing to set high goals, by failing to try, by feeling low, by not believing in ourselves and by finding innovative ways to beat ourselves up. The marginal cost of degrading ourselves is worth considering. Because it adds up. 

My lifelong endeavor

My lifelong endeavor has been and will continue to be - how to be a better human being? How can I do better than yesterday? How can I be more authentic, more present, how can I give more and ask less, how can I be more positive, and maintain my sanity in spite of all the noise in my head, how can I expand my consciousness to see that we are all connected?
